  • New Houses, Additions & Alterations

We are extremely happy with the finished result and our house is now a beautiful, functional family home.

– Connie Witham, Tambellup

Our kitchen is now the hub of our house with plenty of storage space and prep space while still looking amazing. Rosalie was able to listen to what we wanted and needed from the spaces. Her fresh perspective helped us create an area that suited our needs but stayed in keeping with our 1920’s farm house.

– Ellen Walker, Warranine, Brookton

We commissioned ORA to design our main bathroom. It is a small area and quite tricky, so we really needed some expertise, innovation and practicality to come up with a functional design. Rosalie did a wonderful job and came up with some brilliant ideas which we would never have thought of. We found ORA services very helpful and am very pleased with the end result.

– Anne Wilkins, Badgingarra

We requested the services of ORA to complete external house plans of our home. Rosalie was thorough and approachable with all questions asked. Thomas was also just as professional. We received scaled plans of our home, all elevations, set-backs from boundaries and aerial images to scale.  These plans were extremely helpful when it came to submitting a development application to our local Shire. Due to the complex requirements of local government applications, the plans made the process much easier to complete.

Thank you to the team at ORA.

– Dannielle Keatley, Brookton

We approached Rosalie to help voice our concerns on a proposed subdivision around our property. Rosalie was very knowledgable and explained the whole process in depth, met deadlines on time, voiced our concerns correctly and was able to suggest great alternatives so our lives could be less impacted by the subdivision. Rosalie is a pleasure to deal with and the whole experience was highly professional.
